Who runs it
The site is operated by Nikola Živković PR Agencija za programerske usluge Novi Sad, in Novi Sad, Serbia, which provides Subact ID. The legal notice has the full details.
What it is
Information about Subact ID, its documentation, and a waitlist. Subact ID is pre-release: v0.1 is not out, nothing is offered for sale, and there is no account to open.
A hosted Subact ID Cloud service does not exist yet. When it does, it will have terms of its own, and these do not cover it.
As it is
The content is provided as it is, without any warranty. It describes software that has not been released, and it may be incomplete, change, or turn out to be wrong. Check anything you rely on against the software itself.
Liability for the site is limited as far as Serbian law allows. Nothing here limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or anything else the law does not allow to be limited.
The code and the name
The software has its own licences — AGPL-3.0-or-later for the control plane and Apache-2.0 for the SDKs, when they are released — and those licences, not these terms, govern it.
These terms give no right to use the Subact ID name or logo. Their use is set out in a trademark policy that will be published with the source.
The waitlist
It is free. It takes one email address, and you can leave it at any time with the unsubscribe link in the message or by writing to us. The privacy notice says what happens to the address.
Using it fairly
Do not attack the site, try to break into it, overload it, or sign other people up for the waitlist. If you find a security problem, report it the way the security page describes.
Changes
If these terms change, the change is made on this page and the date at the top moves with it.
Law and courts
These terms are governed by the law of Serbia, and the courts in Novi Sad decide any dispute about them. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections the law of the country you live in gives you and does not let a contract take away.
